Our Features
FEATURED PRODUCTS
QUALITY SAUSAGES
We use the finest locally farmed Cheshire pork to produce our Internationally acclaimed sausages.
Method
The pork is delicately ground for the perfect texture.
We add our specially prepared homemade spices and carefully mix by hand.
We only use traditional natural skins.
For our smoked sausages we burn Applewood chippings from our own orchard in our smoker.
Presentation
The finest hand made traditional pork and continental deli sausages including; Departs, Chorizo, Frankfurter and Kabano.
Perfectly packed to lock in all the freshness and great taste for up to 28 days.
AWARD WINNING SMOKED HAM
We use the finest locally farmed Cheshire legs of pork to produce our award winning hams.
Method
Our flagship ham is smoked to perfection in our Oakwood Smokers. We hand cure the pork using traditional arterial injection methods over five days to ensure that all the great taste is released into the ham.

Freshly prepared, pre-sliced and perfectly packed to lock in all the freshness and great taste for up to 28 days.

TRADITIONAL COOKED TURKEY
Our turkey is from our highly commended local farms.
Method
Our succulent roast turkey is de-boned and slow roasted in the traditional way to bring you the finest turkey breast meat.

FINEST HAMS
We use the finest locally farmed Cheshire legs of pork to produce our award winning hams.
Method
We hand cure the pork using traditional arterial injection methods over five days to ensure that all the great taste is released into the ham. We then de-bone and cook the hams using our steaming, roasting or smoking methods to bring out all those great flavours and tastes.

GERMAN SAUSAGES
We have been skilfully making traditional German Frankfurters, Bratwurst and hot dog style sausages with traditional recipes for 35 years. We have won awards with our Frankfurters and still produce the same quality today.
POLISH SAUSAGES
Traditionally we started making The POLISH Kabanos and Garlic ring. Now we have extended our range to include Krakow and more delicacies.
ITALIAN SAUSAGES
Our authentic Italian Sausages came to be from a customer request. They also had their Italian Grandmothers recipe from Italy. Chris set about producing what we think is the best Italian sausage this side of the Mediterranean. The proof is in the taste!

'Andrew’s Artisan Meats' is our family-owned business based in Salford, Greater Manchester run by brothers; Chris & Geoff Unsworth.
Our Salford roots bring passion and pride to everything we do which ensure the integrity of our food.
We have an ethos of 'no-nonsense' & 'no-shortcuts' in everything we produce.
We use the same traditional recipes and curing methods that were established when the business first began in the 1920’s.
Our Internationally acclaimed, hand-crafted finest hams and continental sausages are Award-Winning, recognised by some of the most prestigious food organisations in Europe.
